Shipping and Delivery

Terms & Conditions

1. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 72 working hours.
2. We ship from Monday to Saturday. All orders placed on Sunday or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
3. All orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched the next day.
4. Expect your order to arrive in approximately 5-7 working days. Please note that the expected delivery time can change based on factors such as the customer’s location, shipping destination, product availability, and the courier partner’s delivery schedule and location.
5. Delivery times are approximate and start from the shipment date, not the order date.
6. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash on delivery as a payment option. Kindly explore our other secure online payment methods.
7. Currently, we’re delivering products exclusively within West Bengal. However, we’re committed to expanding our services nationwide. Stay tuned for updates on our website as we work towards reaching customers across India. Thank you for your understanding and patience as we grow our business.

Cancellation on Order:

1. All cancellation requests must be initiated within 6 hours (maximum) of placing an order. If 6 hours have gone by since you placed an order, then we would not be able to cancel the order.
2. Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. However, based on the Replacement Policy, replacement would be considered.
3. In case of cancellation by the customer after shipping/delivery of order the customer shall be charged for shipping.
4. The company reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for various reasons, such as product unavailability, inventory issues, quality checks, incorrect pricing, or other issues. If your order is cancelled, you will be notified in advance. If you paid online, you will be refunded according to our Refund Policy after your request is confirmed.
